Our Process

We focus first on gathering all important information from you or your leadership team regarding the vision, objectives, and budget of each project. Information is gathered through on-site and virtual meetings and assessments to develop the project goals.

Our design and proposal building process is methodical and not rushed. It’s a thorough review of all aspects of the project vision and goals. Our Chief Engineer will create a detailed proposal, sometimes providing multiple options, and all design review material — drawings, system layouts/diagrams, room/space evaluation, and when needed, a structural inspection report. Once the design and proposal phase is complete, we will schedule our initial project review meeting. After we have discussed and agreed upon all aspects of the system design, cost, and timeline — we will then finalize the contract for signatures and initial payment. Finally we will begin ordering and scheduling the installation.

Project Installation Planning and Execution consist of equipment ordering and delivery, scheduling of installation team (including sub-contractors when applicable), and installation site prep (final walk through and pre-install assessment). Once onsite our dedicated team of installers led by our experienced Project Lead, will ensure safe and efficient setup, installation, and integration of all systems. Programming, systems check, and installation touch ups are all part of our pre-completion checklist. Tech training will be provided as detailed in the service agreement to ensure the system performs to its optimal level. We highly recommend ongoing training for new and existing techs post installation.

After we have successfully concluded the installation project, our team members along with the project lead is continuously available and accessible for support. We believe and building lasting relationships with every client. It’s always our pleasure to serve!
